About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EVENTURIA LTD, trading as Morgane Horn Coaching ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal information you share with us through coaching.morganehorn.com and the Pleasured program. We keep your data limited to what is needed for the purpose you signed up for.

What we collect
- Identity and contact details — first name and email address provided when you register, subscribe or purchase.
- Optional details — a phone number if you choose WhatsApp reminders, or information shared during a Discovery Call.
- Payment confirmation — payment status, amount and order reference. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Usage and advertising measurement data — pages visited, registration events, IP address, browser information and, when you accept advertising cookies, Meta browser or click identifiers. After a successful registration, your normalized email address may be sent to Meta only as a one-way SHA-256 hash to measure and improve our advertising.
How we use your information
- To deliver the masterclass or program you signed up for, including access links, reminders and recordings.
- To send the educational email sequence linked to your registration; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To respond to questions, feedback and support requests.
- With your consent, to measure registrations attributed to our advertising and improve campaign delivery.
- To comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (newsletter, free workshops, optional analytics and advertising measurement), performance of a contract (when you purchase a coaching program), and our legitimate interest in improving our content and services.
Service providers and international transfers
Your information is handled by service providers including Systeme.io (forms, CRM and email delivery), Meta Platforms (consent-based advertising measurement), OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare (secure hosting and delivery of the conversion relay), Stripe (payments), and Zoom or comparable platforms (live sessions). These providers operate under their own privacy and security commitments and may process information outside your country.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Subscribers are kept while subscribed; client and accounting records are kept for applicable statutory periods. Pseudonymous conversion-relay records contain event identifiers and hashes rather than plain email addresses and are retained for up to 30 days for deduplication and troubleshooting.
Cookies
A strictly necessary cookie remembers your preferences. Performance and advertising cookies, including Meta browser and click identifiers, are optional and used only after you consent. You can accept, refuse or change your choices at any time through the Manage Cookies link in the footer.
Sensitive information
Because our work relates to intimacy and sexuality, information you voluntarily share in forms, messages or Q&A may be sensitive. Please only share what you are comfortable disclosing. We treat this information confidentially and only for the purpose for which you provided it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and, where applicable, similar privacy laws in the United States and other jurisdictions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact coach@morganehorn.com; we aim to respond within 30 days.
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Our content is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
